The bag is beautiful, even prettier than in the photos, but I requested a return because it had some very noticeable creases that left the material damaged on the front of the bag, something easily avoidable if they had packed it with a little care. I still give it 5 stars because the bag is fantastic, elegant, comfortable, and with a lot of capacity. I recommend the product without hesitation.
